Payment Processing
We use Stripe for payment processing and PagBank for Pix transactions. We do not process or store any payment details, but we track payment status to manage transactions effectively.

We employ Google Analytics for traffic analysis and Google Maps along with Google Places API to enhance location-based services. We also use Datadog for error tracking and monitoring through Datadog's Real User Monitoring (RUM).
Media Storage
We use Dropbox to host videos made during our events. Please contact the respective event organizer if you wish to request removal of your data.
The used Dropbox accounts are not provided by Zouk Dance. The organiser Provides the account and is responsible for the data stored in it.
Zouk.Dance is creating shared links to the videos. The shared links are public and expire after a certain time. The organiser is responsible for the shared links and the data shared through them.
Log Files
zouk.dance follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
