Please understand that certain services offered by zouk.dance, including event tickets and subscriptions, are subject to specific cancellation policies. Due to the nature of our scheduling and event planning, we cannot offer refunds or credits for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event start time. For all other services, please refer to the detailed cancellation policy provided at the time of purchase.
14. User Responsibilities
As a user of zouk.dance, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

We use third-party payment processors, Stripe and PagBank, for financial transactions on our Services. We do not process, store, or have access to your payment information. Payment processing is solely handled by these processors. Stripe is used for credit and debit card transactions, while PagBank is used for PIX payments in Brazil. Your payment status, indicating whether a transaction has been made, may be stored by us, but no payment details are retained.
We do not provide the Payment Service but only the platform for the Payment Service. We are not responsible for the Payment Service, including any errors, delays, or other issues that may arise. We are not responsible for any losses or damages that may occur as a result of using the Payment Service. By using the Payment Service, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Payment Service provider.

20. Third-Party Services
For error tracking and improvement of our Services, we use Datadog, including Datadog's Real User Monitoring (RUM). Additionally, our Services utilize Google Analytics for traffic analysis and Google Maps and Google Places API for location-based services. Dropbox is employed to host and serve videos recorded at our events. Should you wish to request the removal of your data from any of these services, please contact us at info@zouk.dance.
21. Event Information
All information regarding events, including descriptions, schedules, and locations, is provided and managed by the respective event organisers. Zouk Dance is not responsible for inaccuracies in any event-related information provided by organisers.
Event organisers are independently responsible for managing their events listed on zouk.dance. It is the obligation of each organiser to provide accurate and complete information about their events, including dates, locations, and content descriptions.
Organisers must ensure they comply with all applicable laws and regulations in promoting and conducting their events. This includes obtaining necessary permits, adhering to safety regulations, and ensuring that all promotional materials do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Furthermore, event organisers are required to handle their own registration processes and to manage all aspects of event attendance, including but not limited to ticket sales, participant registration, and on-site management.
Zouk Dance provides the platform for event listings and promotions, but the responsibility for the event's execution, including attendee satisfaction and legal compliance, lies solely with the organiser. Zouk Dance does not monitor or control the actions of organisers and disclaims all liability associated with the conduct of the event and the organiser's actions.
Organisers are also responsible for providing their own terms of service and privacy policies for their events if they collect or handle personal data from attendees. It is the responsibility of each organiser to inform attendees about the usage and protection of their data.
In the event of disputes between event attendees and organisers, organisers are responsible for resolving such disputes directly. Zouk Dance will not mediate disputes between third-party organisers and attendees, nor will Zouk Dance provide legal advice or intervene in legal proceedings associated with events hosted on our platform.
